Synopsis
Alice On & Off
Shot over the course of ten years, the story revolves around 16-year-old Alice who becomes a mother to Aristo, a child conceived out of her deep affection for Dorian, despite their remarkable 35-year age difference. However, their trajectories quickly separate, compelling Alice to make the heart-wrenching choice of parting ways with both Dorian and Aristo.
Tonantzin Guadalupe (Creación de una Nación)
A fascinating journey through Mexican culture and spirituality in search of the origins of the Virgin of Guadalupe, an icon that emerged after the shocking clash between Europe and the Mesoamerican peoples. With all its lights and shadows, this 'brown skinned' virgin is the first and most important sign of Mexican identity.
