Synopsis
Burt
Burt, a 69-year-old musician with Parkinson’s, has his life turned upside down when a man from New York shows up claiming to be his son. Having always dreamed of being a father, Burt embraces Sammy and invites him to stay for the weekend, where he lives with his grumpy landlord.
Serving Sara
When Sara is served divorce papers while she is in New York, she is stunned. Not about to lose the fortune she amassed with her self-serving Texan husband, she makes an offer to her process server, Joe, that sets them off on a wild trip across the country.
