Synopsis
In the Opinion of the Censor...
A feature-length documentary that tells the story of the Censorship of Films Act 1923 and how one canny term in that statute has allowed consecutive holders of the role of Film Censor to reflect the prevailing values of Irish society over the last 100 years.
Wonders of the Sea
The ocean depths are explored with the aid of a submarine chamber of Williamson's invention and a few hardy souls. The construction of the device is examined; but most of the footage is given to plant and animal life, a girl swimming among the coral growths, and two divers who encounter a moray and an octopus.
